Brazilian Steakhouse Fogo de Chão Unveils New Renovation and Bar Menu Innovation

The famously-innovative Brazilian steakhouse, Fogo de Chão’s newly-renovated restaurant in Beverly Hills unveiled their largest bar menu innovation in its 20-year history.Established in Brazil in 1979, they became so popular they were courted by America and opened their first restaurant in Dallas, TX in 1997, and have since expanded throughout the United States with 29 restaurants.

VIP’s and media indulged in their all-new Brazilian-inspired cocktails, including many variations of flavored caipirinhas such as strawberry hibiscus and mango habinero.

In 2013, new seafood dishes were introduced and the Bar Fogo concept emerged to include Brazilian-inspired small plates, award-winning wines, which were served as well.
