About the event

Having qualified and engaged individuals executing solutions for the common good within governments is key to tackling society’s main social and structural problems. Brazil has increased public sector expenditures at the state and municipal levels, especially in education. In addition to financial challenges, the quality of public sector management needs improving. Attention is now focused on upgrading the quality and abilities of civil servants and public administration.

Please watch the recording of this great discussion on the challenges in finding and developing public sector talent. We heard from leaders representing three different organizations, which have worked to transform recruitment and strategic people management in governments in Brazil, strengthening democratic institutions with ethics and efficiency.
