The Chamber is partnering with nationally-recognized Brazilian chef and Chamber member Leticia Moreinos Schwartz to bring you an interactive culinary experience. Join us from the comfort of your kitchen for a live-streaming virtual platform taught by Chef Leticia, who will guide us in preparing three of her favorite Brazilian recipes – quentão (ginger lime cider), risotto de camarão e abóbora (shrimp and squash risotto), and bolinho quente de brigadeiro (molten brigadeiro cake). Chef Leticia graduated from the Culinary & Pastry Arts program at the International Culinary Center, has worked at New York City’s finest restaurants, and is the author of three cookbooks. She is passionate about empowering people to feel responsible for their own well-being through food and cooking.
