About the event

Institutional Partners:

COVID-19 has posed specific challenges for courts everywhere, especially for the Supreme Court of Brazil. We bring together a prestigious group of experts from practice and academia to explore the evolution of Supreme Court procedures. Our panelists will present an overview of how the court functioned before the pandemic, and then explore how the court has modernized to monitor and respond to current demands and challenges. Finally, the panelists will analyze specific cases adjudicated by the Supreme Court of Brazil in a new format and prospects for the future.
*Presentations will be in Portuguese.
