Once again, immigration is taking center stage, whether because of the US and Brazilian elections, or because of economic reopening after COVID-19 lockdowns. Our panel of experts explored both the macroeconomic implications of the current immigration policy stances and the legal challenges facing both Brazilian and American citizens, whether for personal or for business reasons. The discussion also looked at considerations related to travel and immigration issues. Finally, the panel looked to the future of immigration policy in both Brazil and the United States.
