As we close out the year 2020, we will revisit the subject of foreign trade by hosting a webinar to explore the future of international trade globally, for Latin America, and for Brazil. This program brought together a panel of renowned experts to consider the evolving implications for trade, growth and investment during the evolving pandemic, and the results of the US and Brazilian elections. The discussion examined supply chain conditions and whether recent protectionist policies will stay in place or increase / decrease. The panel also explored the implications for exchange rates and world growth in Brazil, Latin America, and the world.
