JPMorgan Chase to buy Zagat owner
JPMorgan Chase & Co JPM.N has reached a deal to buy the Infatuation, the company behind restaurant review brand Zagat, a person familiar with the matter said on Thursday.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
