Após me formar em Ciências da Computação, fiz pós-grado em Administração Empresarial. Trabalhei mais de 10 anos em bancos com projetos nas áreas de Administração de Dados, Private Banking, Premier Banking e Agências Internacionais. Em 2010 me certifiquei como Project Manager Professional (PMP – PMI Institute) e mantenho essa certificação. Agradeço pela oportunidade de expor um pouco da minha historia.
I was responsible for creating the operational activities demanded by the Department. I worked with different system tools to create and control customer’s portfolio. I opened and closed customer’s accounts, schedules purchases and sales of bonds and stocks, and created REPOs (Repurchase Agreement). Also, I performed activities to credit accounts when customers received coupons and bonus. Daily reconciliation reports were generated to ensure that all the debits and credits regarding purchases, sales, coupons, bonds and REPOs were done correctly in the accounts. My job also demanded that I worked with the Accounting Department to check the General Ledgers Accounts. Monthly I generated the statements that were mailed to customers, but also made them available in the website. When customers wanted to have access to the website, I granted access to it. Besides customers reports, I generated monthly reports for the Premier Banking Department and Accounting Department and then I archived all the documents for future audits.
Defining the scope of the project with the sponsor; Planning the activities of the project; Contracting the company responsible for the development; Controlling the implementation of project activities; Performing tests to the developed system; Implementing the development for the sponsor testing and QA; Implementing the system in production; Following the behavior of the system implemented; Closing the project.
