Now available at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), the “Meet and Assist” service offers personalized, end-to-end support across key touchpoints of the travel journey—including departures, connections, and arrivals.
With this initiative, United Airlines reinforces its commitment to delivering enhanced service and convenience for today’s global traveler—particularly those navigating complex itineraries or seeking a more streamlined airport experience.
To request the “Meet and Assist” service, travelers may contact United Airlines directly at premiumexperiences@united.com, submitting their travel details at least 48 hours in advance.
