During the week of the Person of the Year Awards Gala Dinner in New York City, Instituto Ling will host the first edition of “Diálogos,” an event that will bring together Person of the Year Fellows, members of the POY Fellowship Committee, and  Instituto Ling’s scholarship recipient network for a conversation with political scientist Fernando Schüler.
