The Columbia Law School Brazilian Association, together with the Brazilian Critical Minerals Association, and in partnership with The Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce, and BMJ Consulting Group, is proud to invite you to the Brazil–US Critical Minerals Forum, to take place on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at Columbia University in New York.


This high-level forum will convene leaders from the mining sector, financial institutions, investors, government authorities, and experts in mining to explore strategic cooperation opportunities between Brazil and the United States, with a focus on critical minerals that are essential to the global energy transition.


Our distinguished panel of speakers will share unparalleled expertise on cross-border investment, financing structures, and strategic partnerships in the critical minerals space. The discussion will provide Brazilian mining companies with valuable insights into U.S. investors’ and financiers’ approaches to international projects, while offering U.S. participants a closer look at Brazil’s leading mining initiatives and regulatory landscape.
