Currently residing in Brazil, Emy Shayo has been JPMorgan’s Latin America Equity Strategist since 2017 and the Brazil Equity Strategist since 2008. Prior to joining JPMorgan, she was a Senior LatAm Economist at Bear Stearns.

Emy has been ranked in the Institutional Investor Latin America survey since 2002, with #1 rankings in 2007, 2010, 2011 and 2014. In 2018, Emy and her team were ranked #1 in both Latin America Strategy and the Brazil categories. Emy has a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.
