Join women from corporate and civil society as we celebrate International Women’s Day and kick off a special “Women’s Initiative Series.”

The first program in this series, “Challenges to Workplace Gender Equality and Advancement,” will examine how COVID-19 has affected the advancement of women in the labor market. Our panelists will address how the challenges imposed by the pandemic have forced many women to downshift their careers or leave the workforce entirely due to the effect on their families, childcare, etc. They will discuss the repercussions this has had on the representation of women in the corporate world, both in the United States and Brazil, and on gender equality and diversity. Our panelists will also focus on how business leaders are strengthening social corporate responsibility practices to address these issues. The program will spotlight female business executives who are resetting norms and creating inclusive, equitable cultures that empower women to succeed.
